HIGH EXHAUST TEMP DURING ALL LOAD STEPS

A manufacturer of front shield for the automotive industry has his own back up power station driven by
3 x 1480kw Mitsubishi S16R-PTA engines. Customer faced a high exhaust temperature problem on one (1) of his engines. Checked the injection pressures of all fuel nozzles and changed those who gave problems. Also have the fuel injection pumps checked and overhauled. But final solution appeared to be that the radiator was completely clogged reducing the necessary air flow over the engine. Due to this event the engine continued heating up during load steps especially on the one side where air flow was restricted already.
