This new system provided by E.D. has suffered during the crossing and the period of clearing, water damage.
The inspection of this, 16 cylinder engine, revealed that all four turbochargers and one cylinder have been completely under water causing corrosion on the shafts and internal parts of the turbos. The water has in one (1) side of the engine via the exhaust valve reached a cylinder which was also found to be corroded. All four turbochargers and one cylinder head to be replaced.
